A little about me:
My name is Stephanie Oliver, I have been a yoga instructor for ten years and I am extremally passionate about the life changing possibilities yoga can bring to your mind and body. It all began fifteen years ago when I was suffering with chronic back pain. I can remember the very fulfilling feeling of completing my first yoga class. Since then, I have been hooked.
Yoga is not just for young people. Even if you can not get in the floor you can do yoga. I specialize in teaching a mixture of floor yoga and chair yoga. Chair yoga makes it possible for people of all ages and sizes to participate. Yoga is one of the best forms of rehabilitation to help build strength and improve balance.
In the end, my mission is to help everyone find the best version of themselves by accessing both their physical and mental strength through their yoga practice.
